"Towed my vehicle to their facility free of charge and work was completed promptly and less expensive than the dealership quote. The only think I didn't like was that they charged an additional credit card use surcharge. I didn't mind the charge per se but it was never quoted to me before they started work. When you are paying $3k for a repair, use of credit card should be expected and any surcharge should be quoted in advance."
